This ancient stately home has been restored and transformed into a charming bed and breakfast, offering a unique and unforgettable experience.
These properties maintain their original architectural details and offer a peaceful and welcoming atmosphere, with rooms unique in size and furnishings.
Villa Luzi features:
2 suites, each for 4 people, a bathroom with shower, private refrigerator, and Dyson air conditioning in each room.
2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower, private refrigerator, and Dyson air conditioning.
Breakfast can be prepared in self catering in one of the area of our park.
The FARMER’S HOUSE
The FARMER’S HOUSE, overlooking the Villa’s park, features 4 double or twin bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, air conditioning, and a private refrigerator. On the ground floor, there is a living room with a double sofa bed and a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning, and a private refrigerator.
A separate entrance leads to the dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette, where guests can prepare breakfast.
To complete the experience, outdoor tables and lounges are available for relaxing under the pine trees.

The final accommodation option is a villa apartment, LA CASA DEL GIARDINIERE, with a private entrance, overlooking the 19th-century façade. It features a living room, fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms, one double with a private bathroom with shower, and another twin bedroom. Each bedroom is equipped with Dyson air conditioning.
The extensive grounds, which include several areas such as the swimming pool and lemon grove, the romantic and archaeological grove dating back to 1750, the small consecrated church dating back to 1750, the 18th-century galleries within the villa that can accommodate up to 80 people, and a large renovated granary with three rooms, two of which are smaller and can accommodate up to 45-50 people each, and a ballroom for 300 people, complete our wide range of spaces for any type of event, from weddings to parties, from music festivals to exhibitions of all kinds.
Thanks to our hospitality, you can use the venue for multiple consecutive days.

CATERING INDUSTRY
Our catering services offer restaurateurs the opportunity to use three professionally equipped kitchens, located in different areas of the grounds, as well as restrooms. This allows both the restaurateur and the client to feel comfortable and covered wherever they wish to organize their event. You can contact our trusted caterer, which is clearly our preferred choice, but we can also select other caterers upon request. Clients can visit our office for a site inspection and discuss all the details.
